"Kids of Mensans"
party held at the home of Dave Stevens on 28 August 1999:
"We played appropriate music: The Archies, Elvis Songs
in Latin, Pat Boone in a Metal Mood and Golden Throats. We
feasted on burgers, dogs, macaroni/cheese, beans, sodas and
ice cream. We enjoyed all sorts of games and played with a
bunch of toys. We threw water balloons. The kids seemed to
have a great time. Consider this a measure of success: They
all wanted to spend the night. But they didn't. And when
they left after four hours of high energy fun Yours Truly
[Dave] collapsed and slept for three hours."
