Memphis Mensa Beer Brewing

On May 15, 1999, some members of Memphis Mensa met at the home of Dick Shaw for "Beer Brewing and Potluck" . Here are some pictures of Mensans making beer. Many thanks to Dick Shaw and Bob Lewis for hosting the event and sharing valuable information about the brewing process.

This is what we got from that mash. We're almost done here. A few more steps and a wait of a couple of weeks and this will be beer.

Unfortunately I had to leave before the final steps so I have no pictures. Hopefully in about a month I will have pictures of the next step. DRINKING THE BEER.
